Program Description
At the end of the training program, the learner will be able to:
- Identify risks and opportunities, and select the appropriate frameworks, models and approaches to effect transformation
- Apply systems thinking to develop, analyze and validate concept alternatives for transformation
- Manage skills, roles, responsibilities and infrastructure needed for successful supply chain transformation
- Identify tools and technologies to enable effective supply chain transformation
- Identify and implement strategies for reinforcing and replicating improvements
For the Company :
- Have transformational leaders with skills in systems thinking, digital fluency and analytical methods for all types of supply chains
- Have leaders able to lead major transformation projects.
Monitoring & Evaluation
- Registration for the ASCM certification exam included. - The experience of our training team members, who are ASCM CSCP certified and ASCM instructors, and have extensive industry experience. - Individual email or phone support for any questions about the training. - CSCP Learning System: Official volumes with slides presented during the session, comments, and exercises.

Prices:
- Online: €4,100 excl. tax - Blended learning (face-to-face/distance learning): €4,500 excl. tax per person
