1. Target Audience

    Supply chain management, operations management, supply chain transformation management, and project management professionals seeking training with a broader view of the supply chain.
    Knowledge of the fundamentals of industrial and logistics management (such as CPIM or CLTD training) and at least five years of experience in supply chain management are recommended.

    Prerequisites:
    - The ability to read basic technical English is necessary and sufficient.
    - Passing the placement test submitted by AGILEA to validate the minimum required level.
    - Five to ten hours of personal work per week is required.



    Program Description
    At the end of the training program, the learner will be able to:

    - Plan supply chain management from a customer-supplier perspective
    - Determine industrial and logistics plans to meet expected demand
    - Implement corresponding plans

    - Update cost and planning information to show execution results
    - Develop and implement best practices in standards, regulations, and sustainability
    - Develop and manage supply chain improvement initiatives and risk response plan
