    Target Audience

    Individuals with at least 3 years of experience (and a minimum of 2 years of higher education or equivalent) wishing to develop and validate their Supply Chain Management skills in detail, particularly with regard to planning and management processes.

    People currently holding or aspiring to positions as:

    - supply chain managers

    - planning / procurement managers

    - operations managers.





    Prerequisites

    Participants have passed the placement test submitted by AGILEA, to validate the minimum level required.


    Personal work of 5 to 10 hours per week is required.



    Program Description


    At the end of the training program, the learner will be able to : 

    - Improve alignment between strategic and operational objectives

    - Improve inventory accuracy and reduce inventory

    - Improve the quality of forecasts

    - Improve MRP2 processes

    - Plan resource requirements

    - Improve flow management

    - Work more productively with ERP

    - Participate in product design activities

    - Coordinate operational performance improvement projects: customer service, cash flow, financial assets


    Objectives for the company : 

    - Have the skills of its teams recognised with an international certification

    - Have employees with an internationally recognised level of expertise in operations management and supply chain practices

    - Have leaders capable of contributing to the company's transformation plans.





    Monitoring & Evaluation

    -- Registration for the ASCM certification exam included.

    - The experience of our training team members, who are ASCM CPIM certified and ASCM instructors, and have extensive industry experience.

    - An AGILEA application to practise for the exam with a database of over 100 questions.

    - Individual email or telephone support for any questions about the training and content.



  1. CPIM - ASCM CERTIFIED IN PLANNING AND INVENTORY MANAGEMENT
    The international benchmark certification in planning and inventory management.

    Upon receipt of the registration request, AGILEA undertakes to respond within 5 working days, except in the event of exceptional closure.
